We are proud to introduce new Aqua Executive Chef Adam Markowitz.
Please join Chef Adam for his monthly interactive cooking demonstration and three course luncheon.

Adam is formerly Executive Chef of the Wine Cellar in Jacksonville, Florida; was an instructor at York Business School of Culinary Arts in York, Pennsylvania and is graduate of Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

He was chosen to lead our very talented culinary team, which includes sous chef's Jeff Messenger (formerly of Sage Room and Santa Fe Cafe), Crawford Campbell (former chef/ owner of Shrimp Michaels and sous chef at Sage Room) and Frank Mottram (former catering chef Sea Pines Resort and Exec Chef of Antonio's).

Adam replaces Eric Seaglund, who has accepted a Corporate Chef position with the Landry Corporation.

Chef Adam will teach you how to prepare a three-course dinner.  Following the demonstration, we will escort you upstairs to our balcony, where you will enjoy your lunch with an ocean view.  A glass of wine will be paired to enhance the flavor components of your entree course. 

Cost is $ 35 per person (includes tax and gratuity).
